Spectrum Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join us as Senior Manager, Learning & Development (L&D) , leading and advancing organizational learning to support high-quality, safe, and client-centred home and community care services.

This leadership role is responsible for setting the learning strategy, supporting regulatory readiness, and building the capabilities of a diverse workforce that includes Personal Support Workers (PSWs), nurses, allied health professionals, supervisors, and corporate teams.
