Our client is looking for a Senior Manager, LACE to join their team in Charlotte, NC. This is a key transformation leader responsible for driving organizational adoption of Agile Ways of Working across the enterprise. This role is pivotal in shaping how the client delivers value, scales agile practices, and builds a culture of collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence. This role combines change management expertise, executive influence, and deep Lean-Agile knowledge to guide senior leaders (VP and Executive levels) toward a shared operating model and measurable performance outcomes. This leader proactively identifies cross-team friction, systemic bottlenecks, and alignment gaps, and partners with leaders and delivery teams to remove impediments, improve flow, and elevate operational excellence. They serve as a strategic coach, trusted advisor, and catalyst for cultural and behavioral change.
