Reporting to Chief People Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Compensation

• Designing and implementing compensation structures and frameworks, taking into consideration the Company's five -year incentive scheme and business plan
• Conducting market benchmarking to ascertain pay positioning vs the market
• Analysing effectiveness of the existing compensation programme and recommending changes that align with the market and to improve competitiveness
• Conducting annual review of salary and bonus allocation
• Drafting Remuneration Committee papers concerning staff costs, salary and bonus pools and reviews
• Supporting salary proposals for recruitment
• Designing and implementing salary banding commensurate with seniority level and role
