Job Description
Reporting to Chief People Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Compensation
- Designing and implementing compensation structures and frameworks, taking into consideration the Company's five -year incentive scheme and business plan
- Conducting market benchmarking to ascertain pay positioning vs the market
- Analysing effectiveness of the existing compensation programme and recommending changes that align with the market and to improve competitiveness
- Conducting annual review of salary and bonus allocation
- Drafting Remuneration Committee papers concerning staff costs, salary and bonus pools and reviews
- Supporting salary proposals for recruitment
- Designing and implementing salary banding commensurate with seniority level and role
