We are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Manager, Site HR (All Genders) to join the Pandora People Team, on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
You will collaborate closely with People Partners, People Operations and other COE teams to drive operational excellence, governance, and engagement across our Singapore and Thailand hubs. You will also partner with cross functional teams to ensure alignment and success of HR programs and processes.
Key responsibilities include:
Formulate, review, and localize entity-specific HR policies; own the content on the intranet portal
Design, review and manage site specific HR processes
Support the budgeting and forecasting process for the entity
