**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree
+ 5+ years of experience in HR Technology and solutions design, including Workday Core HR, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Security
+ 3+ years of Workday reporting experience
+ 1+ years of proven people leadership experience
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment or independently
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, tracking multiple projects and pivoting as needed between projects and from high-level to detailed viewpoints
