Job descriptions

• Lead and oversee regional tender management teams to drive business growth and ensure timely, competitive tender submissions
• Manage end-to-end tender processes including pre-bid preparation, pricing reviews, solution design, bid submission, and post-bid analysis
• Collaborate closely with product, procurement, operations, and commercial teams to develop commercially viable and operationally deliverable logistics solutions
• Drive standardization and optimization of global tender management processes, incorporating market best practices and technology tools
• Utilize market intelligence and benchmarking platforms to strengthen pricing competitiveness and improve tender win rates
