Purpose

Leads and oversees Global Compliance Quality Assurance Review (QAR) to independently assess that business strategies, plans, and initiatives are executed / delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. The Compliance QAR Program is responsible for independently assessing the design and operational effectiveness of the Bank’s Regulatory Compliance Management Framework by Global Compliance functions worldwide. QAR results inform key compliance risk and performance metrics and are leveraged to drive program and process improvement across Global Compliance. The incumbent will contribute to QAR program delivery as it relates to the planning, execution, and reporting of assigned QAR engagement and initiatives.
