**Role Purpose:**

Driving the design in our hotels to achieve operational efficiency, brand defining hotels whilst supporting growth in our portfolio. To advise and report on hotel properties and projects to ensure any hotels entering the IHG system conform to brand standards, and requirements. To ensure hotel projects are designed in line with IHG and industry best practice and support the relevant IHG brand values and positioning. Provide advice and support to existing hotels, to help improve, develop and enhance their design and layout as requested. To be able to advise clients on the best and most cost-effective design solution (performance uplift) to create an efficient hotel compliant with the relevant standards and owners expectations.
