The Senior Manager – Delivery (Residential) is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of residential developments (apartments, villas, or mixed-use residential packages) from design development through construction, handover, and close-out.

The role focuses on execution excellence, ensuring residential assets are delivered on time, within budget, to approved quality, safety, and sustainability standards, in compliance with Qiddiya governance and reporting requirements.
