Job Description

In this role, you will:
  • Champions a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.

  • Manage the product-line P&L for Day-to-Day and Money Master (Everyday Savings Account) accounts.
  • Support expense management, including carving out a marketing budget and working with Finance and all internal and external partners to reduce structural costs.

  • Deliver Product design & development: Maintain a best-in class products enhancements with clear value propositions for prioritized segments and products that support client primacy. Innovate continuously to meet changing client needs and keep up with industry trends.

  • Partner with Business Analytics to assess product and segment performance, as well as develop product strategies to drive continued improvement.
