**The Team:**

Transactions Data Stewardship team sits within the Global Markets Data Stewardship pillar of SPGI’s Enterprise Data Organisation (EDO). It encompasses M&A, Offerings, Spin-off, Buyback and Bankruptcy transactions, and is responsible for supporting variety of product initiatives involving vendor onboarding, data ingestion and data flow across Capital IQ, Capital IQ Pro, Equity Deals Database and 451 Research products. The team deals in management of data & procedures, along with running multiple checks on the database for various metrics. The team is also involved in resolving client issues, which are escalated from time to time. The Data Product Owner leads this team, ensuring the quality and integrity of data assets, setting stewardship standards, and overseeing the end-to-end data lifecycle.
