What you will do


  • Evaluate creditworthiness of clients using financial analysis and risk modelling.
  • Structure and negotiate leveraged transactions aligned with internal risk appetite.
  • Monitor credit risk KPIs including bad debt, churn, and vetting outcomes.
  • Deliver financial objectives and maintain high-quality accounting standards.
  • Provide regular reporting to Finance Operations and Business Partners.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and proactively resolve issues.
  • Lead succession planning and business planning for the CTC team.
  • Ensure compliance with Group policies, SOX, and audit requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement and performance diagnostics.
  • Prepare and present detailed credit risk reports to senior management.
  • Support operational process and control issue resolution.
