The Senior Credit Manager is responsible for overseeing credit evaluation, approval, and ongoing portfolio monitoring to ensure effective risk management and compliance with the Company’s credit policies. The role involves assessing loan applications, recommending appropriate risk mitigation measures, and supporting enhancements to credit guidelines to promote sustainable asset growth.

In addition, the role provides leadership by driving team performance, coaching and developing staff, and improving credit processing quality across functions, while supporting senior management through portfolio reviews and strategic credit insights.
