About the Role

Restaurant Brands International (RBI) is hiring a Senior Manager to join our EMEA Finance & Corporate Development team, based in Zug. This role sits at the center of how we grow our four brands — Burger King & Popeyes — across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, working directly on the most strategically important transactions in the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial workstreams on EMEA's largest and most complex transactions, including master franchise development agreements (MFDAs), restructurings, M&A, and capital markets‑adjacent work supporting franchisee partners.
• Build bespoke financial models from first principles—bottom‑up unit economics, full operating model build‑outs, returns waterfalls, covenant and capital structure analysis, scenario and sensitivity work—to support diligence, structuring and live negotiation.
