Leadership and Management of Contracts Management Unit

Ensure that all contracts' purpose, scope, objectives, constraints, and risks are developed and managed effectively and efficiently in line with company strategic objectives and relevant policies and legislation.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all Commercial and Contract matters for Infrastructure Projects including Contracts register.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with the latest MFMA, PFMA, and the Client's Supply Chain Management policies.
• Develop and implement strategies and business plans in line with SDBIP/Infrastructure planning/PMU and ESU standards.
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve issues escalated from the Chief Contracts Manager and Chief Quantity Surveyor.
• Manage procurement processes for all CAPEX Contracts.
