About the role:

Reporting directly to Head of Compliance, Greater China ex Taiwan, this position serves as the lead compliance advisor for the ETF business in Hong Kong and across the APAC region. The role is expected to work independently and acts as the primary point of contact for ETF‑related regulatory matters, ensuring high‑quality and commercially aligned compliance support to the business while maintaining strong regulatory engagement with key authorities. The incumbent is responsible for overseeing ETF regulatory obligations, driving the interpretation and implementation of regulatory changes, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws, exchange requirements, and internal compliance standards.
