  Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of commercial claims ( non EB - Property, Marine & Engineering ) – from intimation, registration, and investigation to settlement and closure
• .Evaluate policy coverage, terms & conditions, exclusions, and endorsements to determine claim liability
• .Coordinate with surveyors, loss adjusters, underwriters, legal advisors, and reinsurers for claim assessment
• .Conduct thorough investigation and validation of claims, ensuring adherence to regulatory and company guidelines
