The mandate of this role is to develop and implement collection strategies that helps reduce delinquencies, improve collection effectiveness and efficiency. Innovate new ideas to run champion challenger that lower PCL and write-offs. Executive reporting and monitoring of collection strategies and Asset Sale oversight for retail and small business unsecured and secured portfolios. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand the opportunities and working with data to develop an actionable insight. Act as a 2nd Line oversight of all the Collections contact strategies and Asset Sale.

In this role, you will develop and monitor key performance indicators of secured and unsecured portfolios scrutinized through different lenses.
