• Mapping and maintaining a database of existing and future specialty and subspecialty services across the organization.
• Developing and maintaining governance frameworks for specialty service development.
• Anticipating and implementing future enhancements and new practices for each specialty.
• Building clinical leadership capacity, ensuring Heads of Specialty (HOS) and other senior clinicians are supported in decision-making and service planning.
