Job Description:
Manage and strengthen relationships with Key Brokers for Commercial Line business.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brokers, ensuring effective engagement and service delivery.
Prepare monthly business plans, targets, and pipeline reviews in alignment with organizational goals.
Handle RFQ management end-to-end, including coordination with underwriting, pricing, and timely quote delivery.
Drive generation of new business across all Non-Motor / Commercial Insurance lines through assigned brokers.
Motivate and enable brokers through regular interactions, product updates, and joint business planning.
Coordinate with internal teams (Underwriting, Claims, Operations) to ensure seamless policy issuance and claims management.
Track performance metrics and ensure achievement of business and retention targets.
