Main Objectives of this position:

Execution of Vessel & Port terminal Operations for all Areas under scope of QSC. Responsible to define process for load and discharge activity and Cost Reporting. Need to ensure team follows defined SLA and KPI set by Management / Areas.

Function and duties:

To oversee overall Cargo Operations team including the execution of the Ops strategy across all the Area ensuring strategic initiatives and daily tasks are carried out as directed and completed within SLA / KPI / Target defined by Areas / Region.

·       Responsible for execution of Port Terminal operations activity within agreed timeline and constantly work on to improve process

·       Co-ordination with Terminal and Port /Partners for respective service vessels.
