What is the opportunity? The Senior Manager, Business Risk, provides support to RBC Wealth Management (WM) Canada’s Operational Risk management leadership, by providing expertise, advice and counsel, enhancing management’s ability to anticipate and manage operational risks effectively. This includes supporting the design and execution of essential Operational Risk and Regulatory Compliance programs in WM Canada including risk and control identification/assessment, leading risk reporting and assessments, and supporting on other strategic/innovation initiatives. Reporting to the Director, WM Business Risk, the Senior Manager, Business Risk will lead operational risk/regulatory compliance reviews and provide expert feedback on the operational risk impact of major change initiatives, process improvements, and transformational projects.
