JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Manager, Global Franchise Billing provides strategic and operational leadership for Choice Hotels’ global franchise billing function, overseeing invoice processing exceeding $1B annually. This role is accountable for the accuracy, integrity, scalability, and compliance of all franchise-related billing activities across domestic and international portfolios, including royalties, marketing and loyalty assessments, commissions, reservation fees, and other contractual revenue streams.

Operating at a senior management level, this leader sets global billing strategy, establishes governance and controls, and drives enterprise-scale process modernization and automation.
