Your Role

Lead and oversee assurance and accounting engagement teams, ensuring effective planning, execution, and completion in accordance with professional and firm standards. Serve as Engagement Manager for assigned clients, including pre-engagement planning, workflow oversight, budgeting, billing, and delivery of final outputs. Act as a senior advisor and escalation point on complex accounting and assurance matters, applying advanced professional judgment and technical expertise. Maintain and strengthen client relationships, working alongside Partners to deliver timely, high-quality service and value-added insights. Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses to anticipate needs, identify risks, and support strategic decision-making.
