The Senior Manager (Admin & Operations) plays a pivotal role in the Chingay Organising Team within the Arts & Culture Division (ACD), driving the operational and administrative excellence that underpins the successful delivery of the Chingay Parade. This role contributes directly to the success of the parade by ensuring that all aspects of parade management, stakeholder engagement, and organisational support are executed effectively and cohesively. He/She leads the planning and execution of parade and site operations, taking ownership of stakeholder engagement, security, crowd and traffic management, and related logistics through close collaboration with government agencies and volunteers.
