Amazon Leo is building the world's most advanced low Earth orbit (LEO) satellite constellation to deliver high-speed, low-latency broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the globe. As part of this mission, we are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the design, development, and lab integration of real-time communications software enabling robust, standards-compliant connectivity between gNodeB platforms and Multi-Operator Core Network (MOCN) environments.

This role requires deep technical mastery of 3GPP control-plane and data-plane protocols, extensive experience with NGC and NGU interfaces, and the ability to architect, partition, and guide the implementation of complex software systems.
