We are seeking a Senior Management Executive to serve as the highest-ranking operational leader of the organization. This role reports directly to the Board of Directors and carries full strategic, financial, and operational accountability for the entire enterprise.

• Develop and execute the company’s long‑term strategy in partnership with the Board of Directors
• Present strategic plans, financial performance, risk assessments, and growth opportunities to the Board
• Lead annual strategic planning, including 3–5 year business roadmaps
• Ensure alignment between shareholder expectations and operational execution

• Own the company’s Profit & Loss statement, including revenue growth, margin management, and cost control
• Lead capital allocation, budgeting, and forecasting processes
