The incumbent will provide assistance to the Maintenance Manager to support the smooth operations of the department. Responsibilities include but not restricted to the following: Responsibilities Perform maintenance, repair, installation, testing and commissioning of equipment for both mechanical and electrical works
Perform equipment failure check, troubleshoot and repair
Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedule
Review daily maintenance work schedule, assign and coach workers to ensure timely task completion
Coordinate and execute works including :
- fabrication (bracket, stand, conveyor etc) - maintenance and repair (lifting mechanism, pneumatic actuator, servo moto, pump, solenoid valve alarm panel, piping, fan, gear, packaging machine, inkjet printer) Update and maintain spare parts inventory to ensure components are readily available
Maintain housekeeping in work areas
