We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations of a substance use treatment facility by ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for clients and staff. In this hands-on role, you will manage preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair HVAC and building systems, and coordinate with vendors and contractors to keep facilities running smoothly. This position requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance, along with the ability to respond to urgent needs and participate in an on-call rotation.
