Overview

The Machine Learning Engineer is a senior member of the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning team at Lockheed Martin Canada and reports to the AI & ML program lead. The primary responsibility is to develop core technologies and approaches to train and deploy proprietary AI models that underpin flagship products. This includes designing and building robust data pipelines, selecting and tuning machine learning algorithms, and creating scalable model deployment flows that integrate with existing software stacks. The role requires a minimum of two days per week in the office to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders such as data scientists, software architects, and DevOps engineers to ensure AI solutions meet technical and operational requirements.
