- Monitor and manage inbound logistics operations including resource planning for priority tasks.
- Ensure smooth material/operations flow from inbound until production based on established processes.
- Support supervision of daily activities and ensure tasks are executed as planned.
- Support implementation of BPS / continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs and report deviations with proposed actions.
- Act as first-level escalation point for operational, MHE and system issues.
- Person in charge for all custom related topics and improvement activities in custom declaration, clearance, AEO, hand carry shipments, bonded warehouse, FIZ and other custom related topics.
- Key contact person to liaise with Government agencies such as MITI, MBPP, SIRIM, MOF, Custom and so on for certification/license/permit application and other related topics involve Government agencies.
