Key Responsibilities
Build and enhance internal logistics processes to support complex mechatronics and semiconductor manufacturing
Review inventory trends to maintain optimal stock levels, avoid shortages, and reduce excess build-ups
Map and improve logistics flow from incoming materials to production line delivery
Design and optimize warehouse and shopfloor layouts for efficient movement and space utilization
Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth integration of logistics activities with ERP/MES for real-time material visibility
Maintain high data accuracy for all logistics transactions, records, and reports
Create, update, and enforce SOPs for material handling, storage, and internal movement
Work closely with production, procurement, quality, and engineering teams to support NPIs and drive continuous improvement
Participate in cross-functional lean initiatives to improve processes and reduce operational costs
