We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Load and Performance Engineer to ensure the scalability, stability, and reliability of complex systems under varying workloads. You will play a critical role in designing and executing performance testing strategies, identifying bottlenecks, and driving continuous performance improvements across modern, cloud-native architectures. Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute comprehensive performance testing strategies (load, stress, spike, endurance testing). Simulate realistic user behaviour and traffic patterns using industry-standard tools. Analyse performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimization strategies.
