Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Legal to join our dynamic Ola legal team. This role will focus on drafting, reviewing, and managing a wide range of contracts to support the companys operations. The ideal candidate will have strong legal expertise, attention to detail, and excellent negotiation skills to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including commercial agreements, NDAs, service contracts, vendor agreements, and licensing arrangements.

Develop and maintain standard contract templates and legal guidelines to streamline contract processes.

Provide legal advice on contract interpretation, obligations, and risks to internal stakeholders.
