We are currently seeking a AVP/Senior Counsel to join the Technology and Intellectual Property Legal Team as a member of the Intellectual Property Legal team. This position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IP attorney to engage in technology transactions at the intersection of technology and finance. In this role, the attorney will be responsible for structuring and drafting IP terms across a range of technology agreements including IP licenses, SaaS agreements, professional services agreements, collaboration agreements, as well as investment and M&A transactions. Additionally, the attorney will provide specialized support in addressing IP issues related to Generative AI platforms, ensuring that IP terms are effectively managed and aligned with the latest developments in this field, while safeguarding the IP rights of the Firm.
