Support legal matters in project development and project transactions (M&A)。

• Responsible for the risk control for the investment of company in power station projects (solar & energy storage projects) , including participation in designing for the project acquisition plan, drafting, negotiation, revision and review of the contracts, risk evaluation and avoidance, project construction supervision etc.
• Support the business line development teams and the different teams involved in the drafting and negotiation of the documents supporting their activities and the development of the projects, including drafting, negotiating and advice on commercial agreements such as EPC Agreements land options, leases, connection agreements, PPAs, tender documents, etc.;
