The Mission

We are looking for a high-caliber, battle-tested Internal Lawyer to lead our legal strategy. You will be responsible for navigating the complex and evolving regulatory landscape of Web3, digital assets, and the global creator economy. This is a role for a strategic thinker who provides solutions, not just no answers. You will ensure our operations, from influencer contracts to treasury management, are robust, compliant, and future-proof.

Key Responsibilities

• Regulatory Strategy: Monitor and interpret global regulatory developments (SEC, MiCA, etc.) to ensure our business model remains compliant across multiple jurisdictions.

• Contract Architecture: Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements, including high-stakes influencer partnerships, service provider contracts, and IP licensing.
