Legal Counsel / Senior Legal Counsel (Regulatory & Litigation)

Responsibilitie

• sProvide legal advice on policy, regulatory, and compliance matters relating to telecommunications, media, digital services, data governance, and data protection
• .Support the organisation's corporate and industry development initiatives by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements and legal documentation
• .Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop, implement, and review legislation, regulatory frameworks, policies, and industry guidelines
• .Identify legal and regulatory risks, and recommend practical risk mitigation measures, governance frameworks, and internal policies
• .Advise on investigations, disputes, contentious regulatory matters, and litigation, including the management of external counsel where required
