Reporting directly to the General Counsel , this is a rare opportunity to join the Group's senior legal leadership team and play a key role in supporting the Group's continued growth and transformation. This is a highly visible role that combines transactional excellence with strategic leadership and requires close collaboration with senior stakeholders across legal, finance, investments, corporate development and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and advise on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, strategic investments, divestments and restructurings.
• Support the evaluation, negotiation and execution of investment opportunities across multiple jurisdictions.
