Report to:

Areas of Responsibility: Support of DSV entities in South Africa and Sub-Sahara Africa in all legal matters. Contract support. Corporate compliance. Participation and support of review processes of contracts in case of M&A transactions.

Success Criteria/KPIs: Timely and comprehensive response to assigned tasks. Execution of projects and day-to-day tasks. Focus on performance and deadlines. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Tasks: The Senior Legal Counsel shall be the first local point of contact for queries inside and outside of the DSV organization regarding all legal matters concerning DSV entities in South Africa and Sub-Sahara Africa.
