Bring your energy to Aggreko as Senior Legal Counsel based in Germany (Dorsten, Munich, Frankfurt, Leipzig or Hamburg – Hybrid). You’ll provide pragmatic legal support to Aggreko and its group companies, enabling business growth while effectively managing legal risk.

What you’ll do as Senior Legal Counsel:
Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including terms & conditions, supply agreements, power purchase agreements and framework agreements
Provide day-to-day legal advice on commercial, regulatory and strategic matters across Germany and wider Europe
Support on real estate matters, disputes and corporate documentation, liaising with treasury and company secretarial teams
