Role Description

You will provide high‑quality, commercially‑aligned legal support to FNZ’s UK business, with a focus on enabling customer‑focused, scalable, compliant, and innovative solutions across FNZ’s platform, technology, and outsourced service offerings. This role acts as a senior legal advisor supporting strategic client relationships and complex commercial arrangements within the UK wealth management ecosystem.

Specific Role Responsibilities

• Leading the negotiation, drafting, and management of complex commercial agreements with FNZ’s key clients, including large financial institutions, asset managers, platforms, and distribution partners.
• Supporting end‑to‑end contracting for FNZ’s technology, SaaS, data, and outsourced services, ensuring alignment with FNZ’s global operating model, risk frameworks, and regulatory obligations.
