As a (Senior) Learning & Development Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening performance across Westwing by building and scaling impactful learning initiatives. You will focus on leadership development and targeted talent programmes, ensuring our teams have the skills and mindset to deliver strong results. This is a hands-on role with strategic exposure, where you will design and implement structured, high-quality learning solutions in close collaboration with senior stakeholders across the business. This position is permanent and based in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own and drive Learning & Development initiatives across Westwing, with a focus on leadership trainings and our key talent programme

Design and implement scalable learning formats ( trainings, workshops, development journeys) aligned with business needs
