Wells Fargo is seeking an independent and self-starting analytics professional who will focus on data engineering, modeling, and AI deployment to enable identification and mitigation of current and emerging risks, including employee misconduct, employee-enabled fraud, regulatory, and reputational risks. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the transformation of our analytics team as we move into an AI-assisted analytics environment.

In this hands-on individual contributor role, you will acquire, model and prepare data used to operationalize data-driven detection strategies and will take AI/machine learning solutions from prototype to production.
