PSD Cumulus has been onboarding Statutory Boards (agencies) across the Public Service onto a common cloud-based enterprise management system, Workday. The system provides a unified solution for Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll and Finance with the aim of improving business efficiency and organisational performance. The Cumulus team has onboarded 43 agencies so far.

Reporting to the Cumulus Deputy Director, you will be responsible for the design, configuration and optimisation of enterprise HR system. You will provide the subject‑matter expertise in HR processes and system functionality, and lead complex system enhancements and projects to support HR operations and organisational outcomes. The role works closely with HR policy owners, IT vendors and agencies to translate requirements into effective and sustainable system solutions.
