- Java 17+ (sólido): collections, concurrency, streams, lambdas, generics.
- Spring Boot y Spring Framework (IoC, AOP, configuración, perfiles).
- Spring Batch: jobs, steps, readers/writers/processors, partitioning, chunk-oriented processing.
- Oracle: SQL avanzado, PL/SQL básico, tuning, JPA/Hibernate, JDBC.
- REST APIs, JSON, OpenAPI/Swagger.
- Maven o Gradle, Git, integración con pipelines CI/CD.
- Para los Senior: capacidad de leer COBOL/JCL/copybooks para validar la conversión.
Skills técnicos - Nice-to-have
- Conocimiento de COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, EBCDIC.
- Arquitectura BBVA: Cells, ASO, APX
