Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Developer to support and modernize a long standing broker and commission calculation platform (~22 years old). This role will serve as a backfill on a highly visible system and will focus on both ongoing enhancements and cloud modernization initiatives within Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
The ideal candidate is a strong senior level engineer who can adapt quickly to shifting priorities, work across legacy and modern technologies, and contribute to large scale data processing solutions.

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain backend services using Java (7/8, migrating to Java 21) and Spring Boot
• Build and enhance API driven applications with a small focus on microservices
• Work within GCP to:
o Load data from on prem systems into GCP
o Process large scale data workloads
o Return processed data to downstream systems
