REQUIREMENTS Senior Certificate plus a recognised National Diploma/Degree in IT / Computer Science (NQF Level 6) or equivalent. At least 2 - 3 years working experience within the IT environment. Understanding of Help Desk operation. Full comprehension of IT second and third line of IT 51 support.
