Job Description
Be a pivotal part of user operations as a Senior IT Support Engineer with HireArt in Cambridge, MA. Elevate the IT experience through hands-on support across multiple environments.
In this customer-facing role, you will own end-to-end processes, including onboarding, device management, and service desk operations. A proactive and organized individual with at least 5 years of experience across Linux, macOS, and Windows is required. You'll thrive in improving ticket workflows and collaboration on IT initiatives while delivering high-quality support.
