Senior IT Service Management (ITSM) & SIAM Lead (L3)
(Incident, Major Incident, Problem, Change, Reporting)
Role focus:
- Endโtoโend ownership of ITSM processes aligned to ITIL v4
- Leading Incident, Major Incident (MIM), Problem, and Change Management
- Operating within a SIAM model with multiple thirdโparty vendors
- Service reporting, KPI/SLA governance, and continuous service improvement (CSI)
- Strong stakeholder management in a regulated enterprise setup
